General Show Information

Show Hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm. VIP ticket holders get access to the show at 9:30am

Parking at the show is at hotel's discretion. Some of our shows the hotel offers FREE Parking. Some of our shows hotels don't offer FREE Parking. Please check the hotel's website for parking information.

Our shows is for all ages. All welcome

Tickets can be bought at the registration desk on the day of the show - Cash or Card.

Tickets

Q: How can I purchase tickets?

A: You can pre-purchase tickets by visiting the "Tickets" section of our website. You can also purchase tickets at the door/registration desk at the convention day with cash or card.

Q: What is the refund policy for tickets

A: Tickets are non-refundable. Pleas see our Terms & Conditions Page.

 Q: I purchased my tickets online; How do I redeem them at the show ? 

A: Bring your Email confirmation you got in your email inbox or print out. You can show it on your phone screen during registration as well. We will then stamp your hand to enter the show.

Q: Does my ticket allow for re-entry to the show.

A: Yes all day in and out privileges as long you have your hand stamp.

Q: Do you offer group/bulk or military discounts

A: We don’t offer any discounts at this time.

Q. What is the age for Kids for free admission ?

A. It's 11 and under with an accompanied adult. Its 1 Free Kid Ticket Per 1 Adult Paid Ticket. Additional Kid Admission fee is only $10.00. So if you come to the show with 2 Kids it would be $20 Admission for the Adult. $10.00 for the additional Kid under 11 and the 2nd Kid FREE - Total $30.00 for admission for all 3 people.

Q. What is your ticket policy ?

A. All Ticket sales are final. There is no refunds. Please see our terms and conditions link on the ticket section of the website.

Guest Autographs

Q: Can I purchase a guest autograph online

A: No. Guest autographs are also sold onsite during exhibit hall hours, and are cash and card only.

Q: How/where do I purchase a guest autograph

A: You would go to the “Guest” area of the show. Once there, you would proceed to a given Guest queue and purchase however many autographs you want. Autograph sales are both cash and card.

Q: How much do guests charge for autographs

A: It varies from celebrity to celebrity. Pricing can be found on our homepage directly below the image of each guest.

 Q: How many autographs can I get from a  guest

A: As many as you want! Keep in mind that celebrity guests charge per autograph. So, for example, five autographs would incure five charges.

Q: May I bring my own item from home for the guest to autograph?

A: Yes you can!

Guest Photo-Ops

Q: Can I purchase a guest photo-op ?

A: Yes directly with the Guest. Guest photo-ops are sold onsite during exhibit hall hours, and are cash & card only.

Q: How/where do I purchase a guest photo-op

A: You would go to the “Guest” area of the show. Once there, you would purchase your photo op with the guest. Photo-op sales are cash & card only.

Q: How much do guests charge for photo-ops

A: It varies from guest to guest on what they charge.

Q: Are photo-op prices per person or per photo-op

A: Per photo-op. So, for a single purchase, there can be multiple attendees (up to 2 adults + 4 kids) included in the photo-op.

Q: How many attendees can be in a single photo-op

A: 2 adults + 4 kids.

Q: Do guest creators charge for autographs

A: It varies from creator to creator. Guest creators create and manage their own pricing.

Q: Do guest creators charge for convention sketches

A: Yes, usually. Pricing varies widely by creator, illustration complexity, size of illustration etc. Guest creators create and manage their own pricing.

Q: Will there be comic/card/toy grading companies be in attendance to take submissions and oversee signatures

A: CGC, CBCS and JSA usually setup at our show. Please visit our main page to see if they are confirmed as a vendor.

Cosplay Rules

Q: What are the rules regarding cosplay weapons and props

A: Convention staff and security reserve the right to inspect all attendees’ props to ensure that no authentic weapons of any kind are brought onto the convention center property or into the convention center building. By attending the convention, all attendees expressly agree and consent to this inspection and waive any and all objections. Any and all authentic weapons are strictly prohibited and those found or identified during any such inspection may be confiscated by convention staff and security.

Ultimately, venue security  will decide what is allowed and not allowed into the convention. However, you can assume that the following will NOT be allowed:

  • Any real firearms.
  • Any metal weapon with an exposed point or sharpened edge (swords, spears, arrows etc).
  • Metal or wooden baseball bats and/or clubs.
  • Any weapon or prop that produces a flame.
  • Airsoft, paintball, and bb/pellet weapons.

 Q: What is your harassment policy

A: If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of our show staff immediately.

Our show is dedicated to a harassment-free con experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, nationality or national origin, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment. In most circumstances, those involved in such behavior will be expelled from the convention.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination (related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion); overt adult images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of panels or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention. Those asked to stop any harassing behavior or exit the convention for such behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Panels & Contests

Q: Where can I find the schedule of convention events

A: The event schedule can be found displayed without the show. Posted on walls or at the registration desk.

Q: Does it cost anything extra to attend guest Q&A panels ?

A: No it's part of your admission ticket.

Q: Does it cost anything extra to attend panels and cosplay contests ?

A: No its part of your admission ticket. 

Q: Do I need to sign up to attend panels, contests, and other events

A: No you don't.

Q. How do I Register for the Video Game Tournament ?

A. During the show at the Video game Area of the show and pay the tournament entry fee. All registrants need to have hand stamped (show admission) to enter the video game tournament.

Q: When/how can I sign up for the Cosplay Contest

A: Registration for the Cosplay Contest will be held at the Cosplay Registration Desk. Signs will be advertised through out the show to where to register. Spaces are limited, and they are first-come, first-served and its FREE to Register during the show from 10:30am until 3:00pm.
